- Customized or engraved jewelry items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or damage.

Process for Returns

2. Approval and Shipping Instructions
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.
3. Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
